Pharmacogenomics: A Primer for Clinicians in Psychiatry

Effective Treatments for Opioid Use Disorders

This is a course intended for APRNs. It consists of three separate modules that can be completed in three hours and 30 minutes. At course completion, a participant should be able to describe two evidence-based treatments for patients diagnosed with opioid use disorder. You must pass all three post-module tests, among other requirements, to earn a certificate.
Motivational Interviewing: Practical Strategies for Nurses

This is a five-part presentation that lasts for 3.5 hours and covers relevant topics in motivational interviewing for registered nurses and APRNs. Based on the theories of Peplau, Watson, and Polly Ryan, motivational interviewing involves creating therapeutic interpersonal relationships with patients.
